Celebrating Together
The holidays are a time for connection, reflection, and—of course—delicious food! To add a little sweetness to your celebrations, we wanted to share one of our favorite festive recipes. This dessert is a classic that's perfect for sharing with family and friends.
A Holiday Favorite: Peppermint Bark Brownies
The Base: Prepare your favorite fudge brownie mix (or your secret family recipe) and bake as directed.
The Topping: While the brownies cool, melt 12 oz of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals.
The Crunch: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract and 1/2 cup of crushed candy canes.
The Finish: Spread the white chocolate mixture over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle with extra candy cane bits and let it set in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing.
