Office Manager and Customer Service Director

Susan Day began working for David in 1998 as an administrative assistant. She became office manager when David formed the Dixon Financial Group, LLC in January, 2004. Susan's responsibilities include processing new business, client services, scheduling meetings, as well as offering back office support and helping to remain compliant with all regulatory requirements. She is dedicated to helping provide exceptional customer service to David's clients and committed to working with the rest of David's team to process business both efficiently and professionally.

Susan grew up in Kansas, where she attended college and earned a degree in biology. After working in the pharmaceutical industry for a short period of time, she married her husband, Jim Day. They moved to Las Vegas in 1981. Susan and Jim have four children and two grandchildren, all of whom they are very proud of. They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
